Business Analyst

Your mission

You translate high-level needs into detailed functional and technical requirements specifications;
You support the teams in delivering the designed solutions based on well-described user stories and acceptance criteria;
Feature prioritization in cooperation with the Product Managers and other stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing);
You manage and prioritize the Product Backlog;
You guide and support the development team throughout the development lifecycle;
You follow and apply Scrum practices and ceremonies;
You work closely with the Development team and UX/UI Design.

Your profile

You possess a minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst in software development context
You bring in experience in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
You are experienced in epic, feature, and user story elaboration
Your technical background in software development would be beneficial
You have experience in stakeholder management
You possess good knowledge of software development methodologies
You communicate fluently in English
Your command of the German language would be a plus
