Your mission

Implement, maintain and optimize systems and tools used by the Product teams
Lead projects that are orthogonal to the responsibilities of Product Managers and drive PM’s input to these projects
Implement, maintain and optimize processes to improve product team efficiency that are decentralized and run by each product area
Run selected centralized routine processes
Manage internal stakeholders (PM, Engineering, Design, etc.) to collect requirements related to processes, drive projects, and give visibility on the projects

Your profile

4+ years of blended experience as a Product Operations Manager, Program Manager, and/or a Product Manager
Strong experience with Jira Plans, Jira Service Desk, Jira Product Discovery and Jira configurations in general
Strong ability in prioritizing on what needs to be done now, next, later, never in the context of product initiatives
Hands-on approach in creating and optimizing processes
Systems thinking and ability to implement and optimize tooling
Confident working with and analyzing data
Being technical to the point of integrating various tools using native integrations or connectors like Zapier is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

Du führst Systeme und Tools für unsere Product-Teams ein, betreibst sie und verbesserst sie kontinuierlich.
Du leitest bereichsübergreifende Projekte, die über die Zuständigkeiten einzelner Product Manager hinausgehen, und steuerst die Beiträge der PMs zielgerichtet.
Du setzt dezentrale Prozesse auf, betreust sie und optimierst sie in den jeweiligen Produktbereichen, um die Effizienz der Produktteams zu steigern.
Du übernimmst ausgewählte zentrale Routineprozesse eigenständig und führst sie zuverlässig aus.
Du orchestrierst interne Stakeholder (u. a. Product Management, Engineering, Design): Du nimmst Anforderungen auf, treibst Projekte voran und sorgst für Transparenz im Verlauf.

Dein Profil

Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in Product Operations, Programm- oder Produktmanagement (oder einer Kombination daraus) mit.
Du verfügst über fundierte Praxis mit Jira Plans, Jira Service Desk, Jira Product Discovery sowie in der Konfiguration von Jira insgesamt.
Du priorisierst Produktinitiativen sicher: Was ist jetzt, als Nächstes, später – oder gar nicht – zu tun.
Du gehst pragmatisch und hands-on an den Aufbau und die Optimierung von Prozessen heran.
Du denkst systemisch und implementierst Tools zielgerichtet, die Du fortlaufend verbesserst.
Du gehst sicher mit Daten um und kannst sie analysieren und interpretieren.
Du hast eine ausgeprägte technische Affinität; Erfahrung mit Tool-Integrationen über native Schnittstellen oder Konnektoren wie Zapier ist ein Plus.
