(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x)

Your mission

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a specific business area and market.
Work closely with Hiring Managers, C-level executives, and their teams to develop and implement successful hiring strategies.
Build and sustain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders across various functions.
Partner with the recruiting team to enhance talent pooling, market research, and competitor analysis strategies.
Contribute to significant projects aimed at improving our hiring processes and infrastructure.

Your profile

Proficient in stakeholder management, with a background in tech start-ups or scale-up environments being advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and German language proficiency (must).
