DevOps Engineer (Monitoring & Observability Focus)

Your mission

Design, implement, and operate our cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on monitoring, observability, reliability, and performance in a Kubernetes-based environment.
Own and develop our monitoring stack: Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.
Improve Kubernetes monitoring (clusters, nodes, workloads, scaling, performance).
Integrate and support application observability tools such as Sentry and Instana.
Build meaningful dashboards and alerts with a focus on signal over noise.
Automate infrastructure and monitoring using Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with development and ML teams to ensure systems are observable by default.

Your profile

You possess a degree in IT or IT training or comparable professional experience.
Еxperience in the area of cloud technologies in AWS (EKS, EC2, ALB, RDS, S3, CloudWatch), optionally also other cloud providers.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, IaC, and Docker.
Solid experience with our Monitoring Stack – Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Tempo.
Familiarity with Sentry, Instana, or similar observability tools.
Terraform (infrastructure provisioning, modules development)
You have relevant experience in CI/CD (e.g. with Gitlab CI) as well as in the automation of build/deployment processes.
Кnowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Nexus.
HashiCorp Vault (secrets management, dynamic credentials, PKI is a plus)
You speak English fluently and have experience in agile software development projects.
